Telkom - Debit order running for longer than the contract term

Hi

I must say this is the first time having a bad experience with Telkom mobile. I took out a 3 year contract and have been happily paying as per the terms. In the back of my mind i knew i had to be finished sometime now and did a recon. According to Telkom the last payment is Dec 2024 , but if i look at all the payment history the 36th payment was in Oct already. They have over deducted once and planning another again end of Dec.

The call center is just USELESS as you never get to anyone that can actually help.

Any suggestions?
