telkom debit order. please read?

SO HERE WE GO ONCE AGAIN!!!! TELKOM IS #SUSPENDED AGAIN!!!!

Please can this mess be sorted out????? I app**** at Telkom Vanderbijlpark in last year May. I was so happy with my Telkom line although I did not even received my free Telkom Wifi Extender that they gave with the package at that stage. Thanks TELKOM I am still waiting for it. After a few months that I HAD TELKOM ADSL 4mb line I paid R599 per month. I pay my TELKOM with a DEBIT ORDER that I have signed the day I APP****. Suddenly without having the Odasity to call me and to INFORM me about the matter they switched of my Telkom ADSL. I called and they have told me that my account is in arrears that should have been paid in cash at a local place, my choise was PEP for them being close to my work. AND WHALLLLLLLLLAAAAAA my line was back on in 24HOURS THANK YOU TELKOM.... THAT IS NOT WHERE IT ENDS, THE BEST IS YET TO COME.......

MY LINE IS OFF AGAIN. AFTER UPGRADING IN MARCH WHERE THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY ACCOUNT PAYMENT EVERY MONTH IS GOING TO BE R799. WHICH THEY HAVE SHOULD UPDATED AND DECUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT,, THEY DID NOT. THEY SWITCHED IT OFF AGAIN TODAY...... THANK YOU!!!!!!!! BECUASE APPARENTLY MY DEBIT ORDER HAS A LIMIT!!!!!! WHAT THE ****PPPP. I SIGNED THAT THEY MAY DEDUCT THE MONEY I OWE THEM. I WORK ACCORDING TO A BUDGET AND DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY ALMOST R2000 FOR TURNING ON BECUASE I AM IN ARREARS...

I DO NOT EXCEPT THAT AND THAT SHOULD BE SORTED OUT FROM YOUR SIDE AN ARRANGEMENT WOULD EVEN BE CONSIDERED!!!! PLEASE #hellopeter.com help me to sort out this mess?
