Telkom debit order not going off

I have had a contract with Telkom for over 2 years now. My debit order doesn't go off. I have contacted and visited Telkom numerous times regarding this problem, but they are unable to sort it out. Each month the debit order doesn't go off, I make a manual payment to Telkom and they hand me over to Nudebt. They told me to stop making manual payments because it is going to put my name on the blacklist. I have paid every month since I have had the contract and yet Telkom still stop my account and give me penalty fees for "not paying" my account each month. I am sick and tired of paying penalty fees for something that is not my fault. It is an ongoing struggle, all because of a debit order not going off. I will not recommend Telkom to anyone.
