Telkom debit order *****

Yesterday I was debited R149 by Telkom, if for what I don't know. As I am writing this review I am not doing any business with them that will require me to be making a payment to them, what makes it even worse is that they have made it impossible for me to reverse that debit order, as if they knew that since we don't have any business dealing I will have to reverse and cancel it, so they made it impossible to reverse it and hopefully they can explain that to me...……..
