Telkom debit order fiasco

I cancelled my Telkom LTE contract at the beginning of May 2024 and got a reference number. The debit order went through again on 31 may and 1 July. I went to a Telkom office on 13 July and it was confirmed that the debit order had been cancelled. I was told the accounts department would contact me. This never happened. The debit order went through again on 31 July.
