Telkom debit order fee!!!

Telkom is now charging me R202 for a bounced debit order which was then paid that same day using the Telkom app because I realized it bounced.

The amount that they charge is absolutely ridiculous. I never signed any agreement for a penalty fee of R202 or was this told to me.

Can anyone help me because I refuse to pay this . The fee they charge is ridiculous. I would love to know where they come up with that amount!!!!
