Telkom Debit order dispute

I've recently taken out a contract with telkom mobile however I have requested the amount be debited off my account which till this day has not been done and there are funds available in the account and now after a payment was done only to find out my services are suspended I mean really telkom has been no help numerous calls have been logged and still nothing
