Telkom - Debit Order

Telkom debited my account twice last month (Dec) when I query the second amount they told me it doesn't reflect in their system yet I should wait for 4-7 days, to cut the story short I did not get my money back. Today (21st Jan) they debited my account again and it's not even my debit order date yet. I'm so annoyed and disappointed.
