TELKOM DEBIT ORDER

I don't have a contract or anything with Telkom and I wake they have debited my account R648.What ******* is that????This is totally unacceptable and *****.Please show me proof that I signed up anything with you guys.I am not going to take this nonsense lying down.I reported this as ***** on your website and noone even bothered to come back to me.Now you guys are messing up my credit profile.Can I have this Resolved ASAP.
