Telkom debit order

I am having a problem with Telkom i unfortunately skipped onme payment and i made the payment on the 24 March 2026 , on the 28 March they are still trying to debit the same money i have alredy paid , and the rude agent called Mbali Nkomane told me that i was not suppose to miss the debit as if it was intentional and she told me they will keep on trying it doesnt matter if i paid.
