Telkom Debit Order

I have Data contract with Telkom for over 24 Months I don't want to cancel it but want to start paying via counter because whenever it bounce they charge me Ridiculous R200, I phoned and went to the nearest branch to cancel debit order am told I cannot Cancel it. Please Help where can I Report them.
