Telkom debit change null

Since last year tring to change mybdatebif debit for may contract phone to the 25 of every month

I went to jabulane mall workbin call center the lady promosed me next month my debit will run on the 25 from December 2022

The debit never run on December 2022 on the 25 oky

January's 2023 first week went to maponya wok in centre they were offline they assited me we call the call centre for the change of date oky comes January 25th nothing have been debited to my account i jabe to want for the 5th of February for the debit t to run

Our customer service in South Africa is very poor not happy the way the conduct their service
