Telkom deals of the months - I feel ********** now

<p>Hi,</p> <p> </p> <p>Just have to let Telkom know your deal of the months are great but not when a few months later there’s a way better deal than the one I took. I sent Telkom an email…no answer after a week so I called in and can’t lay a complaint as I think the agent was getting fed up with me and said go to website and send an email about my complaint. I took deal of the month a Hauwei router 10+5 gig anytime and 10 gig night for R299 a couple months ago and the deal stated never to repeated, better act now or don’t cry kind of thing if you miss out, now July’s deal of the month is 20 gig anytime and 20 gig night for R299. Come on guys this is so **** to know I was short changed in a short space of time a deal that’s 60% more data than the deal I got plus a range extender with the new deal.</p> <p>I was told to cancel but must pay cancellation fees!!! Guys can I get the new deal and not pay cancellation fees and not feel like I was ****** by Telkom. Every time I think about this I know there is more quality for same price but tied in to a lower deal really sucks! The people planning these kind of promotions need to plan better than make existing Telkom clients feel like they have been ********** when they launch new deals so close together.</p> <p> </p>
