Telkom deals? Nobody EVER comes back.

<p>There seems to be a pattern here...</p> <p>I ordered the deal of the month (unlimited data on 10Mb) on the 18th of January and after a confirmation screen, was told that someone will contact me within a week. I have been waiting till now, but alas no one EVER came back. I don’t know if these deals are reserved for certain people only? (I also responded to the mail that was on the confirmation screen as well.)</p> <p>A while ago, Telkom had a promotion where they had certain slots available for a promotion on Unlimited LTE. I immediately called and left messages and tried the website route as well, but no one came back to me. (The website even had a counter of how many spaces were left) More than a month later an agent contacted me for a completely different promotion and when I enquired about my request, she informed me that the tower was now full.</p> <p>The thing is I immediately responded through all channels available but no one came back, therefore missing out on that opportunity as well.</p> <p> I have been loyal Telkom customer for over 20 years now and have never missed a payment. This is getting really annoying - ahh, maybe Telkom is sending me a message???</p>
