Telkom Deals are a ****

Horrible service. Got the May deal 20gb day 20gb night, even after going and phoning telkom I am yet to receive 20gb day and 20gb night only received 10gb day and 10gb night but charged for the normal price. My case number ********** 3 is suppose to have been resolved but instead of receiving the 10gb which was missing from last month and this month I received a 6gb, and R787 was deducted from my account which was suppose to have been R289 for the data deal plus R249 for an additional 10gb which I bought on my account because of them not loading all the data yet somehow 287+249 equals R787. Please stop employing people on flakka and sort out your cuatomer service or cancel my contract and I will gladly return the router that came with the deal.
