TELKOM-DEAD LINE & NO INTERNET FOR 4 MONTHS NOW!

My telephone line has been dead for 4 months now. Finally my internet has stopped working too. (been using wifi) I've logged numerous faults with telkom and received not a single call from telkom with an explanation of what the problem is to date. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Any suggestions for another internet service provider? I've had enough of telkom now, especially when nothing is getting done about it and they can't even contact you to advise what the problem actually is. Pathetic
