Telkom - dead land line and internet -

I have twice now reported faults with our telkom line - ie it is dead. I have to spend huge amount of money for data to use cellular data - up to this point i have not heard anything from Telkom. calls logged ref ***1 (then call was just closed with no resolve) then again reg : ***2
