Telkom Deactivation Scandal

My over 10yr telkom line was deactivated btwn 22nd or 23rd of Nov 2026 without any reason. Logged my complain with their Park Station branch. I was told my line was given to another lady Grace Dube so she lodged a case to the guys that does Recycling so i should call her or check n the store in 3 days fo update but Noone reverted back at her. She then refered me cnr Sauer and Main branch as they wer the ones who does Recycling and Reinstate of lines. I went there and met Xolani. Calls where made there & was told my issue was fixed m to pick my line after 24hrs. Went back to pick my line after 72 hrs because of weekend. I got the shock of my life my line was given to another person again of which it's a guy now. Xolani was shocked as well & he said can u plz go to the Head office in Centurion & ask them to fix it for you because it's beyond my control. My question is how is it possible to jus shut down someone life coz with this line everything is shuttered i.e Banks, Social Media pages, Whatsapp needs verification so i must just start afresh. My CashSend still on that number gone just like that. This is Telkom for me
