Telkom daytime *******ing as

I have call them more then 20 time for one thing and one thing only, they are doing what they like in my own account, the begin of my contract I told them I want it to go off from my standard bank ACC but no sense they have my FNB account from the previous contract they start talking money from my FNB account and if they don't get it x3 , something I pay r199 I end up paying r500 for a month,I have call them numbers of time but still they have not stop and each time also they take the acct number and tell me is then.......I told them it mast go off on 15th but no they want it 1st of the month ,so yee that is that is happening,is like my account now belong to them and anytime they want they come in for Money....
