Telkom Daytime and Night surfer Data Manipulation

Telkom has been doing some real shady things during the past few weeks, on the 26 march 2019 I loaded 40GB LTE data, 20GB Day time data and 20GB night time data, the data usage was predominantly night time data were most of my downloads occured and then with light usage during the day for things like work, emails,abit of social media...2 days later I was surprised that I had 5GB left....when I checked the app and that's all it said....I couldn't check how much night surfer data was used which I could do in the past, which confirmed that the day time data and night surfer data was split, but the way it showed on the app this time it's asif the data was all one thing.....this morning at exactly 6:02am 29/03/2019 I decided to use the night surfer data to catch up on a couple of videos, to my surprise that data stopped working at 6:39am....which I was baffled, I check my data on the app and said that my data was depleted, I couldn't understand how as I was using night surfer data, so I waited for 7am to use the day time data which to my surprise had been depleted aswell,and yes the app could still not display day time and night surfer data separately, here is and image of that https://ibb.co/z4Y2tbt ,which to me shows that Telkom has manipulated the data package to be used as one thing...I called Telkom this morning and a representative could only tell me about the usage report and that the data was just used, that was it....but when I tell her that I was using night surfer data and not daytime data she couldn't answer why my day time got depleted....she also stated that my day time data depleted at 6:39am which should be impossible since I'm still using night surfer data, she couldn't answer why that is...all she could say is when and what time my data as a whole was depleted...in summary my night time data and daytime data was being used regardless of what time I was using it.....Telkom has manipulated the system to use my data package as one thing and does not split it anymore.....these days telkoms service are very unreliable and *****, even the connection is inconsistent....I'm very unhappy and feel cheated by Telkom...I advice you to leave Telkom and stop arguing with them....if you guys want the audio recording with Telkom i post it in the comments..
