Telkom ****************

Hi, I have given Telkom numerous chances to do right by me and the law, but they have neglected my advice and undermined the law deliberately because they are actually exploiting unsuspecting people by selling contracts in bad faith.

I called them to cancel a contract over a year ago surprisingly I have discovered that they have been billing me escalating a debt for over a year but Telkom has not called me even once to inform me that my account is in arrears but they made sure that they will update on the credit bureau that I have defaulted a year later which is in breach of the National Credit Act which states they my advise me before making any change on my credit record, they have put me in a huge financial inconvenience, and because they know that they want me to pay in order for them to rectify a mistake committed by them.
