Telkom daylight ******* extra charging me for subscriptions I know nothing of and consultants that have no clue what's happening

I have a contract with telkom my identity number is ***, initially the unlimited contract for data was to R399 a month, I'm paying R500plus monthly, it varies from month to month sometimes it's R700plus I don't know what is happening.

Last month they deducted R1600plus on my account,I went to welkom branch I ws told about subscriptions which I know nothing about, I mean the simcard I use for data, th lady at Greencrs Port Elixabeth branch told me it's R874 extra that I paid for subscriptions that I dnt know of.

Now on th 15th I will be paying R1054 still for subscription I know nothing of, I went there they told me they will investigate, this is daylight ******* I'm sick and tired of this, I app**** for unlimited data of R399 a month but now this, it's sickening I'm really mad about this
