Telkom Daylight *******

We ordered a fixed LTE from Telkom, and they confirmed coverage at the address we provided. They delivered the modem with sim. We didn’t get a good enough signal and their technical department confirmed they don’t have signal at the address and will only get coverage within 6 months or more. We cancelled the service as they can’t deliver a service and they collected the sim and router, and their retentions confirmed they cancelled the service. They also collected the modem. Now the problem they keep on deducting the monthly premium and changing the amount to get the debit order through. Daylight *******.
