telkom day light roberry

I closed my contract in march 2019 and i received an sms from telkom confirming this in march. itc however states i am 120 days in arrears. how dissapointing is this given i have succefully closed my account. how could i possibly owe telkom even after i paid my account and closed it? please rectify this
