Telkom Data Usage

I just lost 4Gb of Data from Telkom number *** within a space of 15mins. At that moment i wasnt even using my phone the messages just kept coming in notifying me about my data up to until they were depleted and have purchased 40Gb this month. I don’t understand how does Telkom ***** my data,
