Telkom Data Transfer

I have been trying to transfer data to another number, the system only allows me to transfer all my data, meaning no options like, 250MB, 500MB and so on.

I called the helpline 3 times to no help, the last time I was told to download the app and transfer from there; I did to no help. Lastly, on the very app, I used the chat service.

In all these instances, I am told it is a technical issue, try again later, its over 24hours, no help. I believe I spend a lot of money on Telkom monthly, I dnt deserve this. I am very disappointed at Telkom
