TELKOM DATA Theives!!

<p>I have recently enquired about my shocking data usage on Telkom Mobile as a user with 3 different telkom numbers for usb modem and cell phone, I have been going through a shocking amount of data for what I actually do on the internet, which is not normal, after been passed on from person to person, I get through to the data usage department who say they will lodge the complaint and I will hear back from them in 72 or something working hours only to receive an SMS stating that the data was used and my case is closed! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS TELKOM? and now again, GIGs used in less than a week, from using whatsapp and browsing facebook only???? REally now TELKOM this is down right theft!</p>
