Telkom data service poor response

I reside in Inanda glebe I and another community people have called telkom to inform of having no data service.I have called telkom many times without any help,the last time I was given a ref no:***6 on the 08/03/2022,while before that me and my neighbor was given a *** on 21 February 2022,till to date no help,currently for me to use data service I have to drive away to another location to have signal from another tower which is clear that the problem is in the tower which I can see from the window of my bedroom,I’m doubtful I’ll ever use telkom in future and I fill helpless,crying without being heard while I have been a loyal telkom contract customer paying more then a R1000 a month while service is not to standard.
