Telkom Data service falure

I have a Telkom LTE Data contract. I live in KZN Uvongo. Lately the internet access is dropped when we have load shedding. The chat bot says they are aware of the problem but do not say what they are doing about it. Service providers must have a backup during load shedding ! If they want to stay in business they need to resolve the issue. They also need to respond to queries in a reasonable way. THE SERVICE IS DETERIORATING.
