Telkom Data Router for R99 has been added with a Event billing usage within 10 months to the end of contract.

I have an event billing usage that materialized 10 months to the end of router contract for 10G that I have been paying for 15 months with Telkom and it hasn't been there. Went to the Telkom shop in Hatfield and they call someone in their accounts or call center that was very rude and told me they will cancel it. I just receive the invoice that i have to pay at the end of February 2021 it still has that charge and it is not removed at all. These people are like blood sucking ticks that promise something and they do something else.
