Telkom Data Only Contract - Contract ended and Cancelled yet they still debit my account

<p>Telkom seems to be quite useless to be honest. I had a 2 year data contract with them which ended in January 2017. I sent through my cancellation forms to which they rep**** that the cancellation was succesful and the contrcat was now non existent. For the next 3 months they still debited my account - I then had to go to my bank to place a stop order however Telkom is so sneaky that they change the reference and payment price each month. I am sick and tired of Telkom as they are greedy and not bothered about customer satisfaction. Sort your **** out Telkom!</p>
