Telkom data mess

My experience with telkom has been appalling. My data vanishes to thin air. I have enquired with them about this but haven’t even received an acknowledgement. I have tripled checked my phone to see if there are any apps running as this could be the problem but nothing . Previously I had my airtime disappear and when I queried I only given a case number. Every time I followed up I was told its under investigation. This was in February.
