Telkom Data LTE, unusable data speeds!

I've been dealing with this issue for about a month now. I had 0.01mbps speed on telkom data. I have all networks data as well, which roams on Mtn where I get my full LTE speeds. All of this happened after buying 3gb of all networks data and now whenever I try to use my 10gb of telkom data, I'm getting unusable speeds. Whenever I call customer care, all they can do is send me settings, which I've done. TWICE! AND STILL HAVING THE SAME ISSUE!!!!
