Telkom Data Leak

Incredibly upset! our LTE router number has somehow made its way to a ***** star! The ********* managed to apply and approve a daily R3 subscription fee. This is in turn billed on your contract for the LTE router! Insane, pure data leak,

So far we have been charged for a couple of months at an average of R70+ bucks a month. the question i have is how on earth does someone besides even me know this number on the router. i have never removed it... so someone must have the number and litterally went to subscribe.

They have not refunded me all that money! They have many clients who are complaining about the same issue. Yet are quite to resolve and issue thats got to do with money! I will ensure this goes as far as the minister and many other institutions who will follow up on this. I have already sent it to the eff and solidarity.
