Telkom Data is a BIG ****

Telkom data packages are a big ****. I took out a contract last year for R199 per month with 10G anytime data and 10G night time data. That data is as good as having 500MB. It never lasts more than 5days regardless of whether its used or not. For someone who has a 3G and Free Wifi at work I never really used it but everytime I will get messages that its depleted. Once depleted it cuts me off internet which is fine. This went on until November and deductions were R199. Suddenly in november my deduction started to jump to R699. Then again Dec, Jan, Feb the same amount. I called Telkom and queried. The only answer I got was that I am using more than whats allocated. How can that be possible whereas once I reach my allocated data it has always cut me off. And furthermore if that is the case how can the amounts used by so consistent. Was it a matter of someone selected R699 instead of 199? Up until today they have not given me an answer as to why Im being deducted this munch. Its even worse for my Aunt they have completely ripped her off and started deducting thousands. For the past few months she has probably paid Telkom R20 000. (IMPOSSIBLE). Telkom Network is a BIG ****! Ive opted to reverse these amounts. No one ever calls me, I cannot even find an email address for them to direct my query to. Till today Im still waiting for them to call me.
