Telkom data does not last.

Hi we are having a problem with telkom LTE data that does not last and when we have data it is just not working. I am so fed up it is the 3rd month that we do not even reach the 18th and still have data left. I am seriously considering to cancel my contract from telkom and stopping the debit order.
