Telkom Data do not work was forced in to taking deals were there is no service

Do not take any Data packages from them!!! We were **** to forced in taking not one but 2 contact. The sales person basically forced us to take a second deal with a dingle and he said when power goes out you can use it. After trying to explain to him about 3 times (or more) voice recording can confirm this. The towers are off when power is off. We them can't phone and have no signal!!! He told me it will work so we took the deal and it's not working!!!
