Telkom DATA DEAL is a *****

I don't know if everyone has been suffering at the hands of Telkom like me. I am so tired and exhausted. I am having a data plan for 99 and flexible. Then they will charge me different amount without explanation. This other time they were supposed to deduct money from my account R636 .They didn't they closed the service and said they collecting that month I didn't have data The second month they double that amount to R1236 charging me for data I didn't use .I ignored it then after my monthly payment was R107 in August they said I owed R212 end August they deduct it And End September they said I owe R106 and they deduct it immediately after taking my money they sent me a message saying service has been discontinued due to collection I went to the branch in Southgate and complained they said I was owing R212 which was deducted in August then the teller said he launched so they can give me a call urgently. Since today am still waiting for the call .
