Telkom data contract

I have been in contract with them for data for 2 years and my contract ended 15 January 2024 and from my side I have outstanding fees to pay in which I did pay. Mind you month January and February I was not receiving data but the moment I paid them they the. Deducted the amount and I was not aware and I did not use the data. I went to Telkom store to cancel they told I will receive cancellation letter in which I haven’t received it , month April they debited again haybo how what the hell are they doing!!!!!!!!!!! This is not fair to your clients
