Telkom data contract Disaster

I took a contract with telkom for 2 years.It ended April this year but telkom deducted for the following month.what i dont understant is if our agreement has ended on a certain date why does it keep deducting.i went to the website and cancelled the service and status of the call was resolved. They then deducted again and I reversed my money,i then got and sms saying non payment will result in adverse bereau listing.What i want to know is will i be refunded if I allow this transactions because im not getting data Anymore and contract has been cancelled.
