Telkom Data contract

Telkom is nonsense and there are ****mers when coming to contracts. I took a Data contract with them even today I still regret why I did that and I will never advise anyone to go for it. I already paid more than R800 in 2 months on R180 contract 40GB+40GB night. When I called the customer service they told me it’s for the debit rejecting of which I went to the store asking them to give me the reference to pay, since they said Telkom was having a network issues but the consultant told me to wait until they debit. 3 days after Telkom debited R 437 I was charged R268 plus R180 of which it wasn’t even my fault. Now they want me to pay R375 again for subscription. I really hate Telkom there are ****ming people.
