Telkom data bundles mayor issue with poor signal

We reported our slow data network to Telkom last year, where one would expect to get close to 4mbp/s we do not even get close to 0.3mbp/s. Eventually a contracted Huawei technician pitched at our house early Nov 2017, tested the Wi-fi router and could not find any problems.

After more testing he informed us that the problem lies with the telkom tower in Valhalla Centurion. He said that it may take a while and estimated at 2 weeks to get the problem resolved.... That was last year Nov 2017. Still bad signal, some days it is so bad you cannot use FB messenger at all.

What is the point of running all this data bundle promos if they cannot supply signal or Wi-fi speed?
