Telkom data billing

Telkom sucks big time bought 2gig of data two back, today checked my whatsapp mesg. Found out I was not connected checked the balance only to get balances for 2018, call customer care line they send me a whatsapp no which to communicate with,how on earth will I communicate with them if my data balance is zero.and that's the reason I'm trying to sort out, how can I finish 2gig of data in two day.
