Telkom data balance blackout

Hi prepaid customers of telkom, I have been trying to get my data balance for the past week to no avail on the Telkom app what's up port or even via code non of them gives the data balance only airtime, telkom if your listening we know it's another money making trick, but you gotta atleast let us see what we have before we can buy more
