Telkom data and airtime charges and rates too exorbitant

Has anyone ever noticed as to how data and airtime seems to be going by very fast, today I had to recharge twice in a space of 5min, and this billing seems to be of varying degrees more especially at this time of recess or should I rather say covid19 pandemic.

May someone look into why my data and airtime charges are so high because as of late, one can't even plan on thier data and airtime utilization as things clearly have changed and we as consumers aren't informed of such changes and yet of late we seem to be consuming Alot on airtime and data, but for some of us, we rarely use either of the two....i only use them when u need them.

So someone at telkom must give me my feedback asap
