TELKOM DATA ALLOCATION

I bought R579 data on The My Telkom app, money was deducted from my acc but i never received the data. I called telkom several times, they have been creating multiple cases and sending “case resolved” emails however my case is not received i have not received a refund or my data. I have sent them bank statements NOTHING. They do not assist.
