Telkom data

I am concerned about the service that Telkom provides when customers have queries. They send me from one consultant to another without any resolution to my query. I locked a case regarding my data usage. I am contracted with Telkom on two data sims one for my daughter (40GB) daily use (40GB) on night surfer and one for myself (80GB) on daily use and 80(GB) on night surfer. I raised a query with Telkom that their night surfer does not come into effect at the specified times therefore the daily data runs through day and night. Also raised a fact that the records show that I am billed over 5GB in a minute.
