Telkom damaged my property and refused to repair

Telkom contractor attempted to erect a new Telkom pole, and in the process dug through my water supply line despite being warned and shown exactly where it was running. It appears they were looking for a cable underground (which wasn't any where near there to start with). They then refused to repair it properly and stuck in a joint that reduced the pipe bore to about a 1/4 of original giving me very low water pressure. After being told that was not acceptable they told me not to worry they had fixed many water lines and then just left. No apologies at all for damaging my property. I then called their supervisor who agreed to repair it properly and then also disappeared. I logged fault 340CTZ220515 & requested to cancel my line seeing as my phone may start poring water soon if these guys continue to mistake water pipes for phone lines! (Also the charges are high & service non existent). After being on hold for ages, the line dropped. I have logged online requests to terminate the account with absolutely no response. I have fixed the mess on my water line myself but now I am out of pocket for their damage. Account to be stopped: ***, service ref ***
