Telkom

I live in Botrivier, Western Cape and have had no WiFi for almost three days now! The last I heard from Telkom at the whale coast shopping mall was that they have a problem with the tower in Botrivier. Since then no info! Telkom at the whale coast mall in Sand baai are useless! They don’t answer calls at all and are rude. Please help PIERRE
