8 months ago I app**** for a fiber connection. As per Telkom I connection would be done within 10 working days. As part of the deal I would get a free month subscription, a LIT streaming box and a range extender.

In true Telkom fashion. It took 6 weeks for them to come and install my fiber line. It took 6 months to receive my LIT streaming box. To this day I am yet to receive my range extender and my free month subscription.

In my opinion they don’t even deserve one star sadly the system dictates I have to give them something. They are the worst ISP. If it were not that I was duped to sign a 24 month contract I would dump them as a an ISP. It’s not like they are the best. As soon as my 24 months is up......Hello Afrihost or anyone who takes their customers seriously.
